Welcome to our Community Managed Library! We serve the two local villages, Narborough and Littlethorpe and our small library is located near to the train station, opposite the convenience store. For all our facilities please see the ‘In the library‘ section.

Narborough and Littlethorpe Library is entirely run by a team of volunteers. This is an exciting time for the library and the management committee and volunteers have made a huge effort to improve the services we offer to the community.

We have managed to maintain the current library opening hours.  We now offer pre-school sessions (little bookworms), and other sessions such as family history. We also run a fortnightly seniors club called ‘hob nobs’. Please check the news section for updates on all our events.

If you would like to volunteer then head over to the volunteers page to find out more information. We are a very friendly group and always welcome new helpers! We also offer volunteering opportunities for Duke of Edinburgh students from the age of 14 (just ask to put your name on our waiting list).

For LINKS to local council services, bus timetables and local heritage see our ‘contact’ page.

We welcome donations of good quality books (published within the last 5 years) to add to our book stock, and donations to help with running costs. Many thanks!
